Recovery World builds a delivery fleet for Berry BMW

Recovery World has supplied Berry BMW with four transporters in the last year to help implement the new in-house service delivering new and used cars to private and corporate customers.

Recovery World is a long established company that offers top quality innovative systems to serve all types and sizes of vehicles for recovery and transportation. Their customers, including Berry BMW, value their passion, innovative design, forward thinking and customer orientated core values which sets them apart from the competition.

Berry BMW,a very successful dealership owned by Wayne Berry, has sites in Chiswick and Heathrow and previously had outsourced to specialist organisations the delivery of 6000 cars a year to their corporate and private customers. It also has taken a lifetime contract from LG Networks to take care of its customers’ queries. This outsourced service presented a considerable cost and it was soon realised that an in-house solution would be far more efficient and cost effective.

Berry Transport, run by Dave Talbot, was established to implement this in-house service and initially acquired 2 RWF15 Isuzu Beavertails last year, followed by a larger RW35A 7.5t Isuzu slidebed early in 2019. The business is expanding so quickly that a second RW35A, also on an Isuzu chassis, will be delivered in September 2019. Dave Talbot said “Our overall business is expanding and we are already moving more than 2,000 corporate cars a year and our overall target volume is well past 6,000. To cater for these numbers there are more transporter orders in the pipeline. “

Berry Transport continues to buy more transporters from Recovery World and Dave Talbot added that” As a supplier of premium class vehicles we are always careful when choosing our suppliers and trading partners. We have found that
Recovery World always delivers a high quality product backed up by personal service and always does what they say they will do; we couldn’t ask for more”
