Ontime unveils state-of-the-art Control Centre
Ontime Parking Solutions is providing customers with increased efficiency and even better response times, thanks to Professional Communications Network newly-commissioned state-of-the-art control centre.
Call centre staff in Hayes now sit in front of a complete wall of screens which enable them to monitor, assign and manage jobs, delivering a seamless service nationwide, including real-time contact with all drivers.
Managing Director Justin Brinklow comments: “This is an investment designed to give us the competitive edge, providing customers with the best possible service levels and staff with an excellent working environment.”
Derek Furminger is Rescue & Recovery’s Operations Director at Ontime Automotive and has been in operational charge of the project.
“Our Parking Solutions Division has an extensive infrastructure” he comments, “for example we have a decent facility that can handle up to a thousand abandoned vehicles and the breadth of our service includes everything from parking enforcement and car park management through to vehicle removal and the provision of Civil Enforcement Officers. With the opening of the new control room I believe customers will see our investment not only in the teams “on the ground” but also in the hub of our management and administration.”
