VAT
The price quoted excludes VAT (unless otherwise stated) at the standard UK rate. VAT will be added to your order at the online checkout.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of the packaged consignment and will be displayed at the online checkout.
PAYMENT
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta, Electron and Maestro cards. Payment will be debited to your account as your order is placed. Alternatively you can send a cheque made payable to Recovery World Ltd. No goods will be dispatched without cleared funds unless you have an account with us. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Your order will be confirmed by email within 24 hours of receipt. If you do not receive the confirmation please contact us.
DELIVERY
We will endeavour to deliver your order within 2-5 working days, providing the goods are in stock (Unless a longer delivery period is clearly stated on the product). If we are not able to meet this deadline, we will contact you within 5 days of receipt of your order . Please note that deliveries to N.Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, The Highlands and Islands of Scotland may take longer. Please ask if express delivery is required but note that we will not refund the express delivery charge if goods are subsequently returned.
The delivery address must be accessible within working hours & you must be available to sign for the delivery.
For reasons of health and safety and to avoid any property damage, most large items can only be delivered to a ground floor location at the delivery address. You must therefore make your own arrangements, at your own risk if the relevant item needs to be transported from the delivery location.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
You have the right to return a product for refund within the first 21 days following delivery. Special order items are custom made to your specification and for this reason are exempt from the 7 day cancellation period. We regret that we will not be able to accept these goods back for credit or exchange.
If we have correctly supplied the product as ordered then we will reimburse the original purchase price in full. We request that you return the goods to us in original condition. You will also be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Please note that any goods returned after 28 days of the delivery date will not be refunded. Please ensure that goods are securely packaged. If goods are damaged in transit we reserve the right to make a claim against the customer for this damage.

If you wish to return any item then please follow these basic steps: For clothing please complete the returns form provided. For all other returns please Contact us for a Returns Form which will help us deal with your item quickly & efficiently. Please enclose the Returns Number in your returned purchase along with your delivery note or invoice, send your returns to the address on the returns form.
WARRANTY RETURNS
Most products carry a manufacturers warranty. Bulbs only carry a three month warranty from the date of purchase. Most other products carry a 12 month minimum warranty. If an item develops a warranty fault within the warranty period we will be happy to repair or replaced the item, however, you will be responsible for any return costs incurred. A replacement item will be sent out at our cost once the fault has been verified and confirmed and the warranty claim acknowledge by the manufacturer. Please note that this process can sometimes take several days. Your legal rights are not affected.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit please notify us within 24 hours. Our couriers allow us up to 48 hours from the time of delivery to report transit damage. If goods have been damaged in transit we will make arrangements to replace the goods once the courier has acknowledged the claim for transit damage. We also request that you keep the goods and any packaging in case the courier needs to inspect the delivery as part of the transit insurance claim.
